My Very First Book Review

Let me start by saying, I wasn’t planning on posting today. But I just finished Anna Kendrick’s book Scrappy Little Nobody, and everyone needs to read this book. She’s the cutest.

At first I wasn’t sure if this book would live up to my expectations. I was wrong. Anna is hilarious, even when she’s being self deprecating. I’m obsessed with her silly quips, her hilarious encounters with celebrities at a young age, and the fact that she is after all simply human.

I relate to her inner monologue on a deeply personal level. She gets me. She really gets me. She’s just as awkward as I am, and I love it.

Her stories are great. Her imagery is fantastic. Her sarcasm is amazing. I adore her even more after reading this book. She’s my favorite.

If you get the chance to read this book, don’t pass it up.

  1. I don’t think I’ve ever read a celebrity memoir before, but I’ve liked Anna Kendrick in the movies I’ve seen her in. I could also definitely use a book that makes me laugh! I’ll keep my eye out for this one. 🙂
