I’ve done it. I’ve finally completed my first successful Seasonal Capsule Wardrobe. I’m not gonna hide it. This was a hard task. And yes, I am aware that this post is picture heavy. Mostly because I didn’t want to leave anything out. But also because I wanted you all to see a real picture of what my Spring Capsule Wardrobe looks like.
I’ve struggled with wanting a to have seasonal capsule wardrobes for a couple of years. As you’ve all read about multiple times, in my many posts about it. But I finally think I figured it out. The key is getting basics that you can bring with you to each season. I have quite a few of those things now. So it can only get easier from here.
My final wardrobe ended up with 54 pieces. But I suspect its because 14 of those are shoes. Also, I have a lot of pieces that can be worn to work as well once we are back to the office. Below I have posted pics of my finalized Spring Capsule Wardrobe. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have questions about what anything is and where I got it.
I don’t know if you can tell in these pictures what my favorite stores are. But in laying everything out to take pictures I came to the following conclusion: I clearly have favorite stores, and everything in my Spring Capsule came from these stores (minus 3 items that came from Walmart).
In no particular order they are:
- Old Navy
- JC Penny
A few more observations:
- LC Lauren Conrad Skinny Crops are clearly my favorite jean.
- A.N.A Skinny Ankles are my favorite for colored jeans.
- I have am clearly in love with the Luxe Tanks from Old Navy.
- My favorite cardigan is the 3/4 Sleeve Slouchy Pocket from Maurices.
- I clearly have a shoe addiction.
